Q. How do I make a reservation for a boat rental?

A. To reserve a boat, you can either book online through our Reservation System or call us at (715) 356-1050. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Q. What is included in the boat rental?

A. All boat rentals include life jackets, safety equipment, and a full tank of gas. Some rentals may also include additional equipment like fishing gear or water toys. Check the Boat Rentals page for specifics.

Q. What is your policy for cancellations or changes to a reservation?

A. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. For changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q. Are there any age restrictions for renting a boat?

A. Yes, renters must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Those under 18 can accompany the renter but cannot operate the boat.

Q. What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my rental?

A. If weather conditions are unsafe for boating, we will offer to reschedule your reservation or provide a full refund subject to lakeside management discretion. We will assess weather conditions on the day of your rental and notify you if there are any changes.

Q. Do I need to have boating experience to rent a boat?

A. Basic boating experience is preferred, but not required. We provide a brief orientation on the boat’s operation and safety procedures before you head out.

Q. Does dogs are allowed?

A. Yes, we do allow dogs but any excessive cleaning results in a $150 cleaning fee.

Q. Can I access my boat at any time?

A. Access to your boat depends on your storage type. You may not have access to your boat during Winter Storage. You may have access to your boat during summer storage by providing us advanced notice.

Q. Can I store trailers or other equipment with my boat?

A. Trailer storage is included in our winter storage package for no additional cost. We ask that you remove any personal items or loose equipment from your boat prior to storing.
